Multipurpose Hall(includes Dining) – $2,700 for first four(4) hours, $340 per additional hour
Dining Hall Only – $1350.00 for first four (4) hours, $180 per additional hour

Multipurpose Hall Rental Includes:

  • Occupancy of up to 250 guests.  *Please see notes for larger group occupancy events.
  • Use of the audio system and projection system with an on-site technician
  • Use of Green Rooms
  • Banquet-style seating for up to 210 people in the Dining hall.
  • Onsite custodian
Pre-Event Setup Access (For Wedding, Upanayanam) – minimum 2 hours  *Subject to availability on previous day of rental

$200.00 per hour
Rehearsal and Setup Access (For Arangetram/Solo Recital only) with Audio Technician – minimum 2 hours $275.00 per hour

*NOTES:

  • A $60 per hour surcharge will apply for events with an attendance of more than 250 people.
  • The maximum occupancy for the multi-purpose hall is 425 people.
  • Live ensemble events (such as concerts, etc.) and/or custom lighting needs may require additional technician(s) for an extra charge of $60 per hour per technician.
  • Kitchen use is available for approved catering vendors at an additional charge.
  • Any scheduled event occupying the facility between 11 PM and 6 AM will have an additional charge.
  • Valid 503(c)(3) Non-Profit organizations are eligible for a 10% discount.
