Saṅkalpa is the clear intention that we set for performing Pūjya Gurudev’s Pāduka Pūjā. We chant Saṅkalpa Mantraḥ before beginning the worship of the Pādukās to invoke Pūjya Gurudev’s grace and blessings for fulfilling our Saṅkalpa.
Abhishekam means washing the Pādukās of Pūjya Gurudev before we begin worship.
Archana means offering Akshata, Coins or Flowers Unto Pūjya Gurudev’s Pādukās while chanting and contemplating on the 108 glories of Pūjya Gurudev (Śrī Chinmaya Aṣṭottara Śata Nāmāvaliḥ).
Śrī Chinmaya Aṣṭottara Śata Nāmāvaliḥ is a hymn of 108 glorious names of Swami Chinmayananda. Each glorious name is an indication of His Divine Nature and an inspiration for us to contemplate upon to discover the Divine within ourselves.
